You can place an online order with many of our vendor partners on our e-commerce site (Reach) with your Brandwise Passport account. Online Shopping: I'm a long-time Genesis customer. Do I still need to create an account?
Yes. If you have previously set up an account through your Genesis rep for one or more vendors, but have never shopped online through our e-commerce site (Reach), you will need to create a Brandwise Passport account.
Online Shopping: Why does it say my browser isn’t supported when I click the ‘Shop Online’ button?
To shop online from the Genesis website, please be sure to use either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Other browsers are not compatible with our e-commerce site (Reach), powered by Brandwise.
Online Shopping: Why can't I log in?
If you are experiencing a login issue with your email or password, and after following the prompts on the login screen (Forgot email or password; Don’t have a Brandwise Passport) your issue still is not resolved, please contact Brandwise Support for assistance. Do I pay Genesis for my order(s)?
No, please do not mail any payments to Genesis. You will pay each vendor directly with whom you place an order. Payment is either made by credit card or invoiced with vendor select terms. If shopping online, payment is transmitted to the vendor through your account.
Do you attend trade shows?
Yes, our Reps attend various trade shows around the country as many of our vendors use these events to showcase their products. These shows include the AmericasMart Atlanta Gift Show, Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, Las Vegas Market, Christian Product Expo (CPE), Catholic Marketing Network Show, Mid-Atlantic Retail Show, Mid-States Rendezvous, Orgill Dealer Market, and others.
Is Genesis a distributor?
No, Genesis is not a distributor and does not warehouse or ship product. We represent many vendors and our sales team places orders directly with them, who in turn ship to your store.
Do I need separate accounts for each Vendor?
Yes, each Vendor requires a separate account for your store. Your Sales Representative can assist you in setting up these accounts.
Who do I contact for customer service?
Your sales representative is the best person to help you with customer service issues, and they can also assist you with contacting our vendor’s customer service. If your sales representative is unavailable or you have a general question, please email orders@genesislink and expect a response in 1-2 business days.
Can I place my order now and have it shipped later?
Yes, typically you can delay shipping. However, each vendor has an individual policy and that may not always be an option. Our sales representatives can assist you with any questions and provide specials/discounts.
Can Genesis represent my product?
If you have a product line that you are interested in Genesis carrying, you may email orders@genesislink.com with the product information, your contact information, and applicable catalogs. Our team will review the information and contact you with next steps if there is interest in moving forward. We will not disclose any information you send us outside our organization without permission.
