Position Profile
The Marketing Account Manager is a hands-on marketing role responsible for executing
day-to-day marketing initiatives for the Genesis Marketing division, including Munce
Marketing and related programs. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director
and serves as the primary execution lead for marketing campaigns, communications, and
promotional efforts.

While this role includes some client and partner communication, the primary focus is
campaign execution, content development, marketing operations, and performance
tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and
comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full-time position based out of the home office at 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, web, print, and digital channels.
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns within marketing automation platforms
- Manage audience segmentation, tagging, and list organization within CRM systems
- Develop and format marketing content including emails, landing pages, promotional
- Maintain and update marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
- Coordinate production of print materials including flyers, catalogs, and promotional
- Monitor campaign performance and compile regular performance reports.
- Support seasonal promotional initiatives and trade show marketing efforts.
- Communicate with vendor contacts as needed to gather assets, confirm details, and

- Organize and maintain marketing files, templates, and systems.
- Assist in refining processes and improving marketing workflows.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with a CRM preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

- Strong execution skills with the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
- Familiarity with automation and emailing best practices.
- Comfort with design platforms (Canva or Adobe) and the ability to create brand-consistent assets.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with data (Excel) and basic performance metrics.
- Clear and professional written communication skills.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while working independently.
- Process-minded with a desire to improve systems and efficiency.
Working Conditions, Mental, and Physical Demands
- Hybrid schedule – 4 days in office, Friday’s optional remote day
- Substantial amount of time spent using a computer and viewing a monitor.
