Greenville, SC – September 17, 2007 – GMG Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Genesis Marketing has announced new ownership and leadership. Peter Sullivan, former owner and President, remains in a consulting role at Genesis Marketing but has sold his majority interest to Becky Spragins of Greenville, South Carolina. Peter’s father, Dana Sullivan, founded Genesis Marketing Group in 1970 as a publishing representative group. Since then Genesis Marketing has become a leader in the inspirational representative groups handling gift, book and specialty products to accounts across the nation.
